Virtual Mentoring program
Virtual Mentoring is our way of connecting countless students with professional mentors from across the nation. Students in Middle and High school have the opportunity to connect with and learn from professionals representing diverse career fields ranging from Education, Entrepreneurs, Finance, Government, Medical, Technology and more for a virtual learning experience. More virtual dates will be announced soon!
Students
This is an exciting opportunity to connect with professionals from around the country in career fields that interest you. Our program is for Middle and High school students who are curious about career pathways and how to access opportunities to internships and more. You will need a computer or smartphone, internet access, and an open mind to learn more about the endless opportunities that await you. Sign up today!
Professionals
We have an awesome opportunity for you to pay it forward by mentoring our future leaders of tomorrow. Mentors can expect to share their career journey in a powerpoint format for Middle and High school students interested in learning more about their career and steps to take to best position them for success. Mentoring experiences will be one hour with Q&A to conclude. Sign up today to play your part in creating a brighter future for all our young people!

We have weekly group mentoring for Middle and High School students focused on Exposure, Access, and Skill Development to prepare our youth for conquering their future.

YOUTH ETIQUETTE DINNER
Our annual Youth Etiquette Dinner offers young people the opportunity to learn professional dinner etiquette, while dining with local professionals. This event was created to orientate young people to the professional dinner table and equip them with the tools to feel confident navigating the table.

SPEED NETWORKING
Speed Networking provides local youth the opportunity to meet numerous professionals across industries in 60 minutes. Youth spend 2 minutes with each professional in efforts to build opportunity networks for ALL students.

JOB SHADOW
Youth everywhere need access to Job-Shadowing to create accelerated roadmaps for career attainment. We partner with local companies who are committed to offering career exposure to youth on an ongoing basis.
